Some days do not contain anything remarkable. Yet, when I look back, they hold a small, weightless glow: a cup of coffee at the right temperature, or wind moving through leaves on a familiar street.

I have started writing these moments down. Not to make life more meaningful, but to leave myself a few traces to revisit in the middle of busy days.

Let attention slow down

A record does not need a complete story. A present feeling or a thought left unexplained can still become an entrance to knowing yourself again later.

“Recording slowly is not about collecting time. It is about having it again.”

Writing became much lighter when I stopped expecting every paragraph to offer an answer. It is simply part of daily life, like tidying a desk or saying a few words to myself at the end of the day.
